Waarschuwing:
- Pepermuntthee kan langdurig gedronken worden, maar dagelijks gebruik wordt ontraden.
- Pepermuntolie mag alleen inwendig worden gebruikt op voorschrift van een arts of erkend fyto- of aromatherapeut en is zeker niet geschikt voor kinderen onder de vijf jaar; ook menthol moet bij baby’s en kinderen worden vermeden (niet onder de neus aanbrengen!).
- De etherische olie ook niet geven aan zwangere vrouwen (stimuleert de baarmoeder).
